At Lugz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email for easy printing.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn boots or shoes back into their original Lugz box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.
